温莪术药材指纹图谱的研究

摘要目的:建立温莪术的HPLC指纹图谱分析色谱条件,拟定温莪术指纹特征图谱的共有模式。方法:采用kromasil C18色谱柱;流动相为乙***-%磷酸(梯度洗脱) ;检测波长为216 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1ml/min。结果:温莪术共标示出13个共有峰。10批温莪术相似度较好,。用本文建立的测定方法,能够明确区别温莪术和广西莪术及蓬莪术。结论:方法准确可靠,重复性好,为温莪术质量控制提供了保证。

ABSTRACT: Objactive To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of Curcuma wenyujin et by HPLC. Method HPLC was performed on an kromasil Cl8 analytical column (416 mm×250 mm, 5μm) with gradient elution (0 - 45 min, 45% A→95% A; 45 - 55 min, 95% A) of acetonitrile (A) – % phosphoric acid (B) at the flow rate of mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃and UV detection was performed at 216 nm. Result 13 peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Curcuma wenyujin et and the fingerprints of the 10 samples had high similarities of different species of Curcuma were method of fingerprint chromatogram with characteristic and specificity will be used to identify Curcuma of different species.
