摘要
随着体制改革的深化,在宏观经济环境和微观经济主体的内在条件发生深刻变化的情况下,中小型民营企业面临的竞争对手日益强大和多样化,竞争变得更为激烈,仅仅依靠机制灵活而获取大量市场机会的时代不复存在。相反,中小企业原有的管理痼疾日益暴露并成为制约其成长的桎梏。在当今信息经济时代下,一个企业如何对本身的人力资源进行开发与治理在很大程度上影响着其荣辱兴衰。想要培养和塑造人才,积极地调动人的主观能动性和实际工作能力,从而更好地创造员工的价值,就必须卓尔有效地实施科学的人力资源管理策略。本文在分析中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题的基础上,提出了加强中小企业人力资源管理的针对性措施;并通过对人力资源问题的研究找到有效的解决方案,为我国中小民营企业的进一步发展提供必要的帮助。
