摘要
「创业行为与过程」研究的理论基础建构主要是植基于 PSED计划所进行的创业动态追踪研究。本文将探讨创业动态追踪研究之理论架构,详细说明如何建置创业过程研究数据库,以及问卷内容设计与调查方式,并提出对于我国未来推动创业研究之意涵。PSED计划经过近十年的努力与发展,已产生丰富的成果,对于创业行为与过程研究产生了重大影响。利用该计划所建立的数据库,衍生出来的研究议题包括: ; ; ; ; ; 。本文结论建议台湾也应推动创业动态追踪研究计划,相关学者需要组成研究社群,积极参与国际创业研究联盟组织,并进行跨国比较研究。

Abstract
This paper provides an introduction to the phenomena and existing knowledge about the firm creation process followed by a biref history of the Panel Study Entrepreneurial Dynamic (PSED) program. PSED was initiated to provide systematic, reliable and generalizable data on important features of the entrepreneurial or start-up process. This includes information on the proportion and characteristics of the adult population involved in efforts to start firms, the activities pose the start-up process, and the proportion and characteristics of the start-up efforts that e infant firms. Previous studies of the impact of new business creation have shown that this kind of entrepreneurial activity has a significant impact on economic growth, innovation and job creation. Six research domains on the topic of firm creation process by using PSED data set were listed. In the final part of paper, we also propose the future prospects of PSED research in Taiwan, including participation of Entrepreneurial Research Consortium (ERC) and
