Key Flexfield: Human Resources – Grade
The Grade Flexfield is the field structure and length for the accounting account number field. The flexfield structure is titled GEMS_A Grade Flexfield and is a three field mon to all GEMS businesses.

***DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SET PER LCC***
This will be a GEMS Global setup currently set to use value set (GECORP_LOCAL_BAND_VS) for Local Band segment allowing 10 independently validated characters;
(GE_FreeForm_CHAR_60) for the Site Qualifier segment allowing 60 non- validated characters;
(GE_BAND_VS_CHAR_10) for the Corporate Band segment allowing 109 independently validated characters;

The Human Resources Job is the field structure and length for the accounting account number field. The flexfield structure is titled GEMS_A Job Flexfield and is a five field mon to all GEMS businesses

This will be a GEMS Global setup currently set to use value set (GE_FreeForm_CHAR_60) for Job Title segment allowing 60 non-validated characters;

(P_TYPE_CODE_VS) for pensation Type segment allowing 20 independently validated characters;
(GE_CORP_JOB_TITLE_VS) for the Corporate Job Title segment allowing 5 dependently validated characters;
(GE_LEADERSHIP_VS) for the Leadership Role segment allowing 20 independently validated characters;
