The definition of APOPS/ APOPS的定义
APOPS is the abbreviation of “Approved Paint On Plastic Substrates”
APOPS是认可的油漆体系喷在塑料基材上面的英文的首字母缩写语
The purpose of the APOPS/ APOPS的目的
APOPS is to certify whether the approved plastic part substrate is suitable for the
application of the approved paint system under the approved paint line
APOPS是用来验证认可的塑料零件基材, 认可的油漆体系和认可的油漆线之间的匹
配性能
APOPS ensures good paint performance on plastics sprayed at approved paint
line after the APOPS got approval
经过APOPS验证, 它能够确保在认可的油漆线上喷出来的塑料油漆零件有着良好的
性能

Applicable Part/适用的零件
Interior and Exterior painted plastic part, head lamp, paint on chromed plastic part, etc

Note 备注:
- Now the APOPS is mainly implemented in exterior plastic painted part. The APOPS for interior
painted parts was partly implemented and the APOPS for other parts are still ongoing
现在APOPS流程主要在外饰塑料喷漆件上面执行。内饰塑料喷漆件部分项目已开始执行 APOPS,
其它零件的APOPS流程正在制定过程中
- APOPS for interior painted parts shall be fully implemented on all the program in SGM after 2009-9-1
2009-9-1之后, SGM所有项目的内饰喷漆塑料件将全面执行APOPS流程
- Before the fully implementation of APOPS for interior, PATAC shall spot-check the painted parts and
perform the test at PATAC material lab. The supplier shall be required to redo the APOPS test at third-
party lab if any failure appears.
在内饰APOPS全面执行之前, PATAC将对内饰喷漆件进行抽检, 并在泛亚内部实验室进行相关APOPS实验
的验证. 如果发生任何失效现象, 零件供应商必须在第三方实验室进行全套APOPS测试.

The precondition for the start of the APOPS/开始APOPS的前提条件
The exterior paint system is approved by GMNA or ME paint engineer (body color paint system) or PATAC material engineer (non-body color paint system)
油漆体系材料经过北美通用或者上海通用制造工程油漆工程师(车身色油漆体系)
或者泛亚材料工程师(非车身色油漆体系)的认可
The interior paint system and color is approved by PATAC material engineer
内饰油漆体系和颜色得到泛亚材料工程师的认可
Plastic substrate is approved by GMNA or PATAC m
