固定管板式换热器优化设计
摘要
随着石化工业的不断发展,换热器在石化行业设备中占据着重要的地位。本设计主要针对的是固定管板式换热器,固定管板式换热器属于列管式换热器的一种,是利用间壁使高温流体和低温流体进行对流传热从而实现物料间的热量传递。
在本设计本设计包括四个部分:说明部分;计算部分;绘图部分和翻译部分。说明部分主要阐述了固定管板式换热器的工艺流程及其在炼油化工生产中的地位,换热器设备及其发展现状和国内外换热器的最新发展趋势,同时介绍了换热器的结构设计,换热器主要零部件结构的设计及压力容器常用材料等。最后对压力容器的制造,检验和验收等问题也作了简单的介绍。计算部分中对筒体、管箱、封头、管板、法兰、膨胀节及其他附属设备进行了详细的计算,并对各组成部分的材料,厚度,应力,强度要求,进行了详细的分析,在满足设计要求的同时,以节省的原则对各部件进行了优化。并对管板兼做法兰的四种危险工况分别进行了校核,使其能在满足在高温高压的要求同时花费最少的成本,拥有最好的质量。
其中有许多部分的设计借鉴了其他的一些先进理论和方法,不但节省了原料,更使换热器的质量得到了技术保证。以节省能耗与提高使用性能为设计原则,最终满足设计的目的,即低能耗、低成本、高质量。

Abstract
With the continuous development of the petrochemical industry, heat exchanger equipment in the petrochemical industry occupies an important position.
