关于鲜活水产长运输中存在的问题及对策研究

:作为世界最大的水产品养殖基地,我国养殖量连续多年位居世界首位。且水产品人均占有量超过了世界平均水平,但是与其他动物性的食品相比,鲜活水产品易腐性和腐蚀后产生异臭味和毒性的物质和部分的高价值等特性都会使得其在物流运输过程中产生各种问题,诸如物流质量安全控制不力,物流成本居高不下和物流能耗排放过高等。为了提高鲜活水产品物流的社会、经济和生态效益水平,物流管理的研究成为完成这些目标的重要思想和路径,本文在分析鲜活水产品在运输过程中存在的问题中,以水产品供应链管理相关理论为基础,结合实际分析,对我国鲜活水产品长距离运输在质量安全、成本控制、保活保鲜方面作具体分析,并从政府、生产运营商、物流公司和消费者角度提出科学发展我国鲜活水产品物流的政策建议。

Abstract
As the world's largest breeding base of aquatic products, and raise our country for many years in the world. Along with our country fresh production and consumption of aquatic products increased quickly, how to keep fresh aquatic products logistics process from production to sales of increasingly mature and e the research focus. The rapid development of fresh aquatic products logistics also brings all kinds of problems, such as logistics, quality control, high logistics cost and logistics emissions had higher energy consumption. In order to improve the social, economic and ecological benefits of fresh aquatic products logistics, logistics management mode of study has e an important ideas plete these goals and path.
