摘要
本文主要研究了在华国际酒店的跨文化激励策略。文章首先剖析了各种著名的激励理论,通过对这些理论的分析找出可以运用到在华酒店的跨文化激励策略上的部分。其次,文章通过设计与分析调查问卷,加深了解在酒店工作中美方经理与中国员工间存在的实际需求因素的差异,分析这些需求因素在激励中的重要程度,发现了现有跨文化激励策略中的各种问题。最后,文章得出有效的跨文化激励策略。

Abstract
This paper focuses on studying cross-cultural motivation strategies in international hotel in China. Based on the analysis of several famous theories of motivation, some parts of theories were found that they could apply to cross-cultural motivation strategies in international hotel in China.
Through designing and analyzing questionnaires, the thesis gains different needs between foreign managers and Chinese staff in their work. The thesis analyzed the importance degree of those needs in motivation as well. By finding some problems in motivation strategies in international hotel in China, efficient cross-cultural motivation strategies were obtained.
