摘要
企业即时通信EIM(Enterprise Instant Messaging)与当前流行的其他即时通信工具QQ、MSN相类似,是更侧重于企业内部应用的一种新型的通信模式。它的出现主要是用来解决企业内部即时信息沟通、文件共享以及邮件传递等问题。EIM在增强企事业单位竞争力,改进员工之间以及和客户、供应商伙伴间的内部和外部通信,降低成本,增强内部协作效率等方面都起到了积极作用。
论文首先介绍了企业即时通讯系统的发展背景及研究现状,分析了企事业单位在即时通信方面的现状和需求,阐述了即时通信在企业级信息化中的位置和作用。然后全面论述了系统的需求、功能设计、开发。运用Java语言,MyEclipse为开发工具,采用SQL Server作为系统后台数据库。
小组经过一个多月的开发,制作出了一套企业即时通讯产品,其应用范围广泛,可以为企业提供方便、快捷、安全的即时通信服务。系统操作简洁,性能稳定,使用方便。

Abstract
EIM, Enterprise Instant Messaging, is called "corporate instant messaging" in Chinese. In fact, it is now popular as the munication tools, QQ, MSN is similar, but focused on their internal EIM applications. It is primarily used for the emergence of resolving their internal instant munication, file sharing and e-mail sent, and so on. It enhanced petitiveness of enterprises, and improve staff as well as between customers, suppliers partnership between the internal and munications, reduce costs, enhance internal efficiency, and other aspects of cooperation has played a positive role.
First of all papers on the enterprise instant messaging system and the development of background on the status quo of the enterprises and institutions in the munication of the status and needs, on the instant messaging in the enterprise information in the position and role. And prehensive exposition of the system's needs, functional design, development. Use of the Java language, MyEclipse for development tools, SQL Server used as a background database system.
After more than a month of group development, to create a set of enterprise instant messaging products, a wide range of its applications, enterprises can provide convenient, fast and secure instant messaging services. Operating system is simple and stable performance, ease of use.
