Replace 种植系统临床应用56例分析

【摘要】目的评价Replace Implant System(Replace 种植系统)的临床效果。方法用Replace 种植系统进行延期或即刻种植,采用埋入式二次手术方式及非埋置式一次手术,对56例患者植入112枚种植体,金属烤瓷冠修复,临床随访观察3年。结果种植体成功率100%,种植体周围齿槽骨水平吸收< mm/年,烤瓷冠崩瓷4颗,种植体周围龈炎11颗。结论 Replace种植系统适用于常见的牙列缺损的延期和即刻种植,临床效果较好。

种植义齿作为一种新型、有效的牙列缺损或缺失的修复手段,越来越受到患者喜爱,是目前最近似自然牙的一种修复缺牙的方法。现将从2004年开始采集应用Replace implant system种植系统的病例,将临床观察结果作如下报道。
1 资料和方法
临床资料自2004年3月—2007年3月,共对56例患者行种植体植入术,男性30例,女性26例,年龄23~51岁,平均37岁。植入种植体112枚,其中10例14枚为拔牙后即刻种植,上颌前牙30枚,上颌
