在桥梁基础类型的设计选择方面,钻孔桩以其适用面广,施工技术要求相对简单、成孔快、质量高、施工安全保障性强等特点,在铁路、公路、市政等大型基础设施建设中得到广泛应用。岩溶地层钻孔桩施工的难点在于岩溶地貌特征破坏了工程地质条件的连续性,与普通地质条件相比,技术难度复杂,病害类型较多,常见的施工病害有漏浆、偏孔、卡钻、埋钻及漏混凝土等。本文将在施工实践的基础上,对岩溶地区钻孔桩基础施工技术进行总结,并对常见疑难问题和解决方法从施工工艺上加以完善和系统化。
本文首先从影响钻孔灌注桩承载性能的各种关键的施工因素出发,结合实际工程对钻孔灌注的施工工艺进行研究,提出了一套施工控制质量体系,并针对桩基的施工及质量事故分析发生的原因,给出了相应的解决措施;其次,针对岩溶地区的特点,研究了岩溶地区钻孔灌注桩的施工方案和质量控制,及施工对承载力的影响;最后,对某岩溶地区工程实例桩基施工工艺进行了研究,为该项工程钻孔灌注桩的施工提供了理论保证,也为类似工程提供有价值的借鉴。
钻孔灌注桩施工是一项相对而言较为敏感的工艺,每一道工序的施工都必须认真严格的进行,任何一个疏忽都有可能给桩基带来施工事故或质量事故。通过对钻孔灌注施工工艺的研究,可以更好的指导施工,加快施工进程,减少质量事故,保证质量安全,提高社会、经济效益,对实际工程具有重要的理论指导意义和应用价值。

Abstract
As a kind of deep foundation,Bored piles have been used and developed widely in the world,because of strong applicability,small influence for contiguous structure,strong aseismatic capability,little construction noise,no vibration,simple facility,convenient manipulation and construction safety it has possessed a set of better technique, many accidents of project have still been taking place continuosly,because bored piles are constructed underground and underwater. Therefor, construction method of bored piles is investigated necessarily.
Firstly,this paper investigates deeply the key construction factors which affect the load-bearing capacity of bored method of bored piles is investigated based on practical projects and quality control system is put view of the quality accident reason of piles construction,some measures are also put forward. At last,on the basis of the reservoir bridge practice,the methods for disposing of construction method and engineering accident are given and summarized,Which would be the useful enlightenment for the construction method and the accident disposition of bored piles.
