摘要
拖拉机是与各种作业机械配套的自走式动力机械,是农业机械化的主要机械。在农业中,他主要用以牵引和驱动多种类农机具完成各项田间作业和农业运输。农村经济日新月异乡镇企业蓬勃发展,城乡交流不断扩大,道路运输量急剧增加,所以运输车辆出现缺口。近年来,随着拖拉机走入田间的不断深入,从作业种类上由耕,耙,播扩大到收获,中耕,栽植,喷雾,打捆等多个方面,与农机具配套作业。农用拖拉机正适合了其农村的这种使用条件:工作环境比较恶劣,农村道路相对复杂,速度不高。在中国现有的生产模式下,广大农民需要的还是中小型拖拉机,国内市场对该档产品的需求量在不断增长。另外和国外拖拉机生产厂家相比我国生产的拖拉机经济实惠,价格只有国外同类产品的一半甚至更少,因此,中小马力拖拉机社会销量和保有量很大,传动系布置多种多样。
最终传动是传动系的重要组成部分之一,它的功用是进一步增加传动系的传动比,从而使拖拉机获得所需的驱动力。
我这次设计的是轮式28马力拖拉机的最终传动,我采用的是外置外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮式最终传动,轴采用了矩形花键轴。采用这种最终传动设计方案,可以达到设计任务要求,并可保证拖拉机在工作中具有足够的动力输出。
