【摘要】目的评价呼吸导航回波联合腹带加压技术在肝脏MRI检查中的应用价值。方法对40例患者的肝脏进行呼吸门控频率选择部分反转恢复(SPIR)序列T2WI成像以及保持参数不变时,应用呼吸导航回波联合腹带加压技术成像,观察应用呼吸导航回波联合腹带技术后,扫描时间及图像信噪比(SNR)、R)的变化情况。结果应用呼吸导航回波联合腹带加压技术时,扫描时间缩短20%,图像具有更高的信噪比(SNR)(P<),R)无明显改变(P>)。结论应用呼吸导航回波联合腹带加压技术能缩短扫描时间,提高图像的信噪比,图像对比度保持不变,可在肝脏MRI检查中常规应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application of Respiration Navigator Echo and abdominal pression technique in liver MRI. Methods Respiratory gated T2WI/SPIR of liver MRI followed bined Respiration Navigator Echo and abdominal pression with same parameters were performed in 40 patients. The scan time and contrast resolution of images with and without Respiration Navigator Echo and abdominal pression were measured.
