切开复位内固定与微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨中下段骨折效果对比分析
【摘要】目的:对比分析切开复位内固定与微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床效果。方法:收集我院2011年10月-2013年10月期间诊治的胫骨中下段骨折患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各30例。对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察组采用微创经皮钢板治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,%,所有患者均未发生感染;%,有4例患者发生浅表感染,%,观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<)。结论:与切开复位内固定治疗方法比较,微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床效果更加显著,能有效提高骨折愈合率并降低感染率,值得在临床应用上推广。
