摘要
近年来,X射线探伤已成为一种行之有效不可缺少的探伤方法,其探伤效率高,能满足多种多样的探伤要求,应用于几乎所有的工业部门。本设计主要运用晶闸管整流和逆变技术设计了X射线探伤机的主电路及其驱动电路。
论文第一章阐述了X射线无损探伤研究的背景与意义、国内外研究现状和论文的主要工作。第二章介绍了X射线的产生与探伤的成像方法以及X射线探伤机的种类、特点和基本结构。第三章描述了系统的总体设计思路,在该思路指导下,建立了系统的总体框架,设计了系统的工作流程;其中着重阐述了X射线探伤机主电路及其驱动电路各个功能模块的作用和工作原理,以及其硬件设计和实现。第四章主要对整流功能模块的输出电压曲线进行分析,并介绍了系统常见典型问题的解决方法。最后对本系统的设计过程做了总结。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, X-ray testing has e a proven indispensable testing method, testing its high efficiency, to meet a wide variety of testing requirements for almost all the industrial sectors. The main circuit and driving circuit of X-ray detector are designed by use of the SCR and the use of inverter technology.
In chapter 1, research background and significance and research status of the X-ray nondestructive testing and the main thesis work are given. In chapter 2, the selection of X-ray detection and imaging methods are discussed. Types and characteristics and the basic structure of X-ray detection machine are introduced. The design ideas are described in Chapter 3. Based on that train of thoughts, the system general framework, the work flow of the supervision system is constructed .The role and work principle of functional module of main circuit and driving circuit of the X-ray detection machine as well as its hardware design and implementation are focuses on describing. The output voltage curve of the main rectifier module is analyzed, and the solutions for the typical problems of the system are introduced. Finally, the design process of the system is summed up.
