摘要
随着互联网的兴起,电子商务作为因特网爆炸式发展的直接产物,使传统贸易方式和经济活动发生了巨大的变革,正在逐步取代传统的商务活动,成为新的贸易手段。对于中小企业来说,由于资金、人力的限制,产品推广大大受阻,信息的相对封闭错失很多机会,而电子商务的出现给予了中小型企业前所未有的与大企业竞争的同等平台和成本空间。本文着眼于我国的中小企业,全方位的探讨和分析中国中小企业应用电子商务中所遇到的机遇和问题。本文首先介绍的电子商务的概念,特性,发展现状。其次介绍了我国中小型企业电子商务的发展及现状并对电子商务对中小企业产生的作用和影响。再次分析我国中小型企业发展电子商务中存在的问题并提出具体的策略,给出建议。最后对中小企业应用电子商务做出展望。

Small and medium-sized enterprise development again analysis of China's merce, the problems and puts forward concrete strategies, give advice. The last to small and medium enterprises to application of electronic business prospects.
