为考察黄芪对斑点叉尾鮰肌肉品质的影响,在基础饲料(对照组) 中分别添加1%、2%、3%黄芪粉,。饲养结束后取各组试验鱼背侧肌肉,分别测定体肌肉的粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量、粗灰分含量、水分含量等相关性指标。对肌肉成分的分析发现:对肌肉成分的分析发现:1%、2%、3%处理组肌肉风干样的粗蛋白含量分别为:±(%),±(%),±(%)显著高于对照组( P < 0. 05),%,2%,%。2%、3%±(%),±(%),分别比对照组提高了8%、5%,显著高于对照组( P < 0. 05)。而各组间肌肉水分、灰分含量无显著差异( P >0. 05)。本研究得出结论:(1)在斑点叉尾鮰()饲料添加黄芪(1%-3%),均能显著提高鱼体肌肉粗蛋白的含量。(2)在斑点叉尾鮰()饲料添加黄芪(2%-3%),能显著提高鱼体肌肉粗脂肪的含量。(3)综合黄芪对斑点叉尾鮰肉质、饲料成本等各方面考虑,建议在斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼饲料添加2%的黄芪粉。

EFFECT OF ASTRAGALUS ON THE MUSCLE OF CHANNEL CATFISH(Ietalurus aus)
ABSTRACT
Effects of Astragalus on nutritional ingredient in muscle of channel catfish (Ietalurus aus) were studied. There were four groups:% group,1%group,2%group,3% on middleweight of channel catfish (Ietalurus aus) 48d. The results indicated that the crude protein of the 1%group,2%group,3%group were higher than the trial group(P<). The crude fat of the 2%group,3%group were higher than the trial group(P<).there were no significant difference in the moisture and crude ash content between the trial group and the control group(P>).It Was concluded from these results showed that the diet with 2% astragalus could improve the crude protein and crude fat content in muscle and the muscle quality of channel catfish (Ietalurus aus)
