摘要
随着社会的发展,我国在餐饮业方面的需求不断增加,市场规模不断扩大,注重利用连锁经营和特许经营的方式进行扩张,餐饮行业竞争激烈,赢利企业在整个行业中占的比例比较低。而电子商务具有营销成本低、经营规摸不受现在、支付手段高度电子化和便于收集和管理客户信息的特点。要建立使用电子商务管理餐饮这个古老行业就的使其销售收入增长并且利润增加,而革新目前传统餐饮经营管理模式,无疑是一种捷佳的途径。电子商务可以大大降低餐饮企业的采购成本、为餐饮企业提供广阔的顾客渠道、为餐饮企业拓展指明了方向。
电子商务作为一种先进的商务交易模式,在提升餐饮的产业化程度,调整餐饮的销售模式,降低交易成本,扩大餐饮市场销售范围等方面的有着很大优势。同时,餐饮电子商务较传统餐饮经营模式相比提供了更加便捷的手段来完成餐饮的销售。深入了解我国餐饮、餐饮的发展现状,及时将现有的电子信息技术和商务理念应用到餐饮业发展中,为新餐饮建设提供更加有效的措施和方法,将成为新时代餐饮业建设成功的关键。可见,在新时代,提供适合的信息技术在餐饮发展中是可行的。因此,餐饮电子商务在新餐饮发展中的应用有着十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract
With the development of society, our country in the catering industry demand increases ceaselessly, market dimensions expands ceaselessly, on the use of chain operation and franchise way for expansion, the catering petition is intense, profit in the industry as a parison of proportions of low. But merce marketing cost is low, operation scale from now, pay means height of electronic and easy to collect and manage customer information characteristics. To establish the use of merce management catering to this ancient industry to make its sales growth and profit increase, and currently the traditional catering management mode, is undoubtedly a Jigjig way. merce can greatly reduce the cost of procurement of catering enterprises, for the catering enterprises to provide customers a wide channel, for the catering enterprises development points to clear direction.
