本系统在Windows 2000/XP操作系统下,以中文版Visual Basic ,ess 2000为后台数据库而实现。其中主要通过ADO技术来访问数据库。使开发简洁、明了、过程简单,尤其是面向对象编程大大加快了开发速度,而且操作上有Windows的特性,全面支持鼠标的操作,便于开发人员进行工作。
