随着房地产业的不断发展,充分利用电脑的先进管理,将楼盘的销售推向“无纸化”已经成了解决当前房地产售楼管理的当务之急。本房地产售楼管理系统就是为了实现这一目标而设计的。管理人员通过该系统可及时了解楼盘的动态销售情况,还能充分利用电脑的快速检索功能,方便、快速地了解有关销售楼盘的其他各种详细资料,以便及时做出正确决策。
本系统在Windows 2000/XP操作系统下,以中文版Visual Basic ,ess 2000为后台数据库而实现。其中主要通过ADO技术来访问数据库。使开发简洁、明了、过程简单,尤其是面向对象编程大大加快了开发速度,而且操作上有Windows的特性,全面支持鼠标的操作,便于开发人员进行工作。

This system is under the operate system of Windows 2000/ XP, with Chinese version Visual Basic for the stage develops the tool, using Chinese version Access 2000 for the backstage database but carry them mainly pass the technique of ADO e to visit to ask the develop simple and direct, understand, the process is simple, particularly is to face to the object plait distance to sped to develop the speed consumedly, and the operation has the Windows characteristic up, the operation of the overall support mouse, the easy to development personnel carries on the work.
