摘要
房地产业是一个具有高度综合性和关联性的行业,是国民经济中各行业相互联系的重要枢纽,在城市经济发展中起着核心作用。作为社会生产和生活的基本载体以及区域经济发展的动力来源,房地产业不但直接影响到人居环境的改善和人民生活水平的提高,而且影响到一个国家工业化、城市化的进程。本文将房地产业与可持续发展有机的结合在一起,系统地分析了房地产可持续发展的重要性和房地产可持续发展的内涵。并阐述了我国房地产可持续发展目前所面临的问题,对如何实现我国房地产可持续发展提出了一些自己的建议。

Abstract
The real estate industry is a highly integrated and related industry, is an important hub in the national economy in various sectors of mutual connection,plays a central role in City Economic development. As the power source of the basic carrier of social production and living and the development of regional economy, the real estate industry will not only directly affect the improvement of the human living environment and improve the living standards of the people, but also affects a country's industrialization, the process of city. In this paper, the real estate industry and sustainable development together,systematically analyzes the connotation of the importance of the sustainable development and the sustainable development of real estate real estate. And elaborated on China's real estate sustainable development problems, some suggestions on how to realize the sustainable development of China's real estate is proposed.
