基于FDM智能网关外壳三维设计与快速成型
摘要:智能家居具有节省费用、使用方便、安全性高、改变生活方式等特点。智能家居的发展应是对安防、家电、IT和系统集成的整体发展而言,而基于物联网的智能家居在实用、易用、人性化方面是智能家居发展的方向;的发展和应用,的网络和控制结构仍然是目前和未来智能家居的主要结构方式。越来越被年轻人所接受。而年轻人需要的是个性化,为了以最快的速度满足年轻人个性化的最求。因此便有了我们研究的项目,基于FDM智能网关外壳三维设计与快速成型。
本项目从年轻人喜欢的数字生活智能家居外壳为设计载体,以快速成型为技术依托来满足年轻人最求的高速度。因此以三维软件对智能网关外壳进行外观设计造型从而研究当代的先进制造技术—快速原型制造加工,在产品的设计开发到传统批量加工过程中起到的作用。
本项目主要研究的方向分为三部分即产品外观设计、基于FDM快速制造加工工艺、产品优化设计三大部分。

More and more be accepted by young people. And young people need is personalized, in order to meet the young man with the fastest speed of individuation for most. Therefore will have our research projects, based on FDM intelligent gateway shell three dimensional design and rapid prototyping.
This project from young people like digital life intelligent household shell for design the carrier, with rapid prototyping for technical support to meet the most young people for high speed. So 3 d software of intelligent gateway shell for appearance design modelling and study of contemporary advanced manufacturing technology - rapid prototyping manufacturing processing, in product design and development to traditional batch processing play
