论中小企业筹资中存在的问题及对策

中小企业在我国国民经济和社会发展中扮演着重要的角色,我国的中小企业在市场经济大潮中,不断发展充实。作为商品经济的产物,我国中小企业能很好地适应市场的不断变化,有着顽强的生命力,已经成为了国民经济的“半壁江山”。“中小企业在保证经济适度增长,缓解就业压力,推动技术创新,促进国民经济发展保持社会稳定等重要方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。”这就更加坚定了中小企业发展的意义。但是,中小企业在发展过程中由于外在的经济政治环境以及自身的发展特点存在着一系列的问题,其中,筹资问题则成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。结合中小企业的发展特点以及外在环境的特点如何使中小企业更易筹资从而更好更快的发展是本文主要研究的问题。

Abstract
The development of Small and Medium Enterprise has e motive force of national economic sustainable growth,” Small and medium enterprises play an important part in  the national economy and social development release employment pressure technological innovation , to encourage the Small and Medium Enterprise to develop ,is the important base of national economic sustainable, is the important strategic task People's livelihood and social stability.” But the Small and Medium Enterprise has series problems when developing because of the external political and economic environment as well as its own development characteristics. The financing problem has e a bottleneck restricting the development of Small and Medium Enterprise. With the development of small and medium-sized enterprises characteristics and environmental characteristics How to make small and medium enterprises financing is more easily this paper mainly studies the problem.
