摘要
本文论述了企业家社会资本与企业国际化成长之间存在什么样的关系。为了深刻的认识企业家社会资本影响中国企业国际化成长的路径,详细的阐述了企业家社会资本是如何影响企业国际化成长的,并构建了企业家社会资本对企业国际化成长的影响机理模型。在理论分析的基础上提出了企业家社会资本的两个构成因子:企业家拥有的社会资源和企业家动员资源的能力,分为五个维度即企业家的企业内关系网络、横向联系、纵向联系、社会联系以及企业家动员资源的能力,并构建了企业家社会资本与企业成长的关系模型。这为企业在企业家的选拔、培养方面提供参考依据, 同时也为企业家在个人学****时指明了方向,这对促进我国企业的成长以及企业家队伍的壮大,甚至对我国经济的发展都具有极其重要的意义。

Research on the Impact of Entrepreneurial Social Capital on Chinese Enterprise Growth
Abstract
This article discusses the social capital of entrepreneurs and business growth of international between what kind of relationship. In order to understand the profound impact of entrepreneurs social capital internationalization of Chinese enterprises growth path, described in detail how the social capital of entrepreneurs affect the growth of international business, and build social capital of entrepreneurs on the growth of internationalization of the mechanism model . Based on the theoretical analysis made entrepreneurs of the ponent factors of social capital: social resources to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs have the ability to mobilize resources, divided into five dimensions of the relationship between entrepreneurs of the work, horizontal linkages, vertical linkages, social contact and the ability of entrepreneurs to mobilize resources and build social capital of entrepreneurs and business growth in the relational model. This entrepreneurial enterprises in the selection, training to provide a reference, but also in the personal learning for entrepreneurs pointed out the direction, which promote the growth of our enterprises and the growth of entrepreneurs, and even China's economic development has extremely important.
