摘   要

船舶在大海中航行,每天需要消耗大量的淡水,远洋船舶的航线长,淡水完
全靠携带,势必要减少船舶的装载能力。因此远洋船舶都设有造水机,以提高船
舶的续航能力,增加货运量,满足船舶航行中的多变性。故造水机的管理、维护
及故障分析就势在必行了。

运行管理的内容主要是维护装置的给水倍率、真空度、淡水的质量、盐水水
位、凝水水位、海水压力在正常范围内,并在运行中,对装置进行防垢投药。
造水机的维护保养工作主要是定期检查冷凝器、蒸发器的密封性、防止漏气
漏水;对冷凝器水侧进行清洗,对蒸发器进行除垢和清洗;检查盐度检测装置的
工作是否正常;每年检查冷凝器、蒸发器的防蚀锌块,耗蚀过半予以换新等。在
船舶上船员的饮水、主机的冷却水等时刻是离不开淡水的。因此对造水机的管理、
维护及故障分析也是必不可少的。
