在中国四库学高层论坛上的讲话
[摘要] 首届“中国四库学高层论坛”上的讲话,分为两大部分,一是关于如何推动《四库全书》研究,也就是以《四库全书》为底本的中华文化研究如何开展。二是在新时期推动新抄《四库全书》活动,也就是以《四库全书》为底本的文化现象怎样光大。研究《四库全书》,就是对中华文明的解说。新抄《四库全书》就是要写汉字、识繁体、读古人、学文化。

Abstract:This article is a speech made at the first Summit Forum on Chinese Siku Studies. The paper posed of two parts. The first part concerns the questions of how to promote the study of Siku Quanshu and how to promote the study of Chinese culture based on the Siku Quanshu. The second part devotes to the promotion of re-copying the Siku Quanshu and the promotion of the development of cultural phenomena based on Siku research of Siku Quanshu is itself a process interpreting Chinese Civilization. Re-copying Siku Quanshu means writing Chinese characters
, studying traditional Chinese characters, reading texts from ancient people and learning Chinese culture.

今天这个会我想讲两个问题,一是关于如何推动《四库全书》研究,也就是以《四库全书》为底本的中华文化研究如何开展。二是在新时期推动新抄《四库全书》活动,也就是以《四库全书》为底本的文化现象怎样光大。
一研究《四库全书》
《四?烊?书》是历史的存在和宝藏,藏着中华民族五千年的文明和历史,是中国人的精神家园。我们今天不是为《四库全书》正名,而是要推动《四库全书》的深入研究,探微深奥、传承文明、启教后人、奉献世界。
《四库全书》的看法
《四库全书》是一座文明殿堂,那里圣贤满座,哲思深奥、文采飞扬,是一部活着的中国史。四库卷卷册册都是先人的足迹、思想,是文明的史鉴。《四库全书》所藏,是我们之精神,我们之根,是我们的家。
《四库全书》所载的中华文明、中国文化,是五千年来中华民族历经波折、灾难而始终统一、绵延至今的精神渊薮。
