制造业中小型企业ERP分销管理的实施硕士学位论文.doc制造业中小型企业ERP分销管理的实施 摘要 ERP原理与企业业务结合是当今企业的发展趋势,现阶段对项目实施已经有了一定的理论基础与成功经验,但是在企业信息化实施的过程中困难依然还是很多。 本文通过介绍ERP的基础理论,分析现有ERP软件Oracle JDE Dwards功能与企业实施流程,探索出适合中小型制造企业分销管理ERP实施方法。 然后以笔者参与一个中小型制造企业分销管理实施的项目为例,对实施企业现有业务与企业运营中的瓶颈进行分析。 并对中小型制造企业分销管理实施过程中五阶段的工作流程进行描述。五个阶段工作主要有:项目启动、调研与配置、培训与测试、正式上线。最后本文还介绍了ERP实施过程中的一些细节。通过这些细节总结出ERP理念的初衷。并对实施过程中的几个关键点进行了归纳和总结。这些归纳对日后的实施工作都是有借鉴之初的。最后本文分析了分销管理在中小型制造企业中的应用发展前景。 关键词:ERP ,中小型企业(SME),分销管理 Abstract One of the development trends of contemporary industries is the integration of ERP principles and enterprise business. Now we have already investigated some certain theoretical basis and essful experience on the implement of various projects, yet there are still numerous of challenges in the process of enterprise information. At the beginning of this paper, the basic theory of ERP is described, and analyzes the function of current ERP software-Oracle JDE Dwards and the implementing procedure in certain circumstances. Then a suitable implementing method of EPR distribution management in small and middle manufacturing enterprises has been explored and concluded. Then the bottle-neck in the implementation of current business and enterprise operation has been described according to the concrete implementation of EPR distribution management in the small and middle manufacturing enterprises that I had attended. Furthermore, the work flow in the implementation of distribution management in the small and middle manufacturing enterprises is elaborated from five stages: project initiation, installation, investigation and configuration, training and resting and formally launched. Our original intention is to summarize the theory of ERP through these detailed contents which are discussed on the process of ERP implement. Moreover we generalize and conclude some crucial points in the process of implementation which might have some guidance on the future implementing projects.
