企业招聘存在的问题及对策分析

中文摘要
招聘是企业人力资源管理的关键一环。当前在企业的招聘过程中存在诸多问题,如招聘信息不对称、招聘标准不合理,以及新《劳动合同法》带来的新挑战等。应积极发挥政府的信息调控作用、制定严格人员甄选方法,以及合理合法规范企业用人方式等,使企业的招聘工作更加有效。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,中小民营企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题,招聘效率低下的问题就是其中之一。

abstract
Recruitment is enterprise human resources management is a key link. The current in the enterprise of recruitment process has many problems, such as recruitment information asymmetry, hiring standard unreasonable, and the new labor contract law with the new challenge, etc. Should actively give full play to the government's information regulation function, formulate strict personnel selection methods, as well as legitimate to standardize enterprise employing modes, etc, corporate recruitment more effective. Along with the economic globalization and China's entry into the world anization, and small and medium-sized private enterprises in its developing meet some problems, recruit inefficient is one of them.
