招聘是企业人力资源管理的关键一环。当前在企业的招聘过程中存在诸多问题,如招聘信息不对称、招聘标准不合理,以及新《劳动合同法》带来的新挑战等。应积极发挥政府的信息调控作用、制定严格人员甄选方法,以及合理合法规范企业用人方式等,使企业的招聘工作更加有效。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,中小民营企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题,招聘效率低下的问题就是其中之一。

abstract
Recruitment is enterprise human resources management is a key link.
