摘要:以当年生滨梅茎段为试材,针对在组培过程中滨梅茎段易感染外生菌和内生菌的问题进行了污染率控制方法的探索。研究结果表明:(1)不同的消毒试剂中,%的升***消毒效果最好;(2)不同消毒试剂最优组合为75%的酒精+ %的升***,%,%;(3)最优消毒试剂组合的最佳消毒时间为先用75%酒精消毒30秒,%的升***消毒5分钟;(4)抗生素添加试验中,添加浓度为5‰%,%,%。

Studies on Contamination Control for Stem Segment Culture in tissue culture of Prunus maritima

Abstract:In the process of cultivation, Prunus maritima Marshall may appear infect bacteria and endophytes. The one-year old stem segments of Prunus maritima was taken as material to explore the method of contamination control. The results showed that: (1) In the different disinfection reagent, the disinfection effect of % HgCl2 was the best of all.
