龙门刨床刨台运动模拟器的设计
摘要
龙门刨床作为***中的主要工作机床之一,主要用来加工机床床身、箱体、横梁、立柱、导轨等大型机件的水平面、垂直面、倾斜面以及导轨面等,在工业生产中占有重要的地位。论文主要介绍了龙门刨床工艺对控制系统的要求,主回路电路图、PLC和变频器的外部接线图,变频器的参数的设置方法与范围,故障的检测与诊断,PLC的顺序控制设计的方法,触摸屏的工作原理、画面设计的基本思路、画面的切换关系图和各画面的功能,并给出了主要的画面。

DRAGON HOUSING PLANE TABLE MOTION SIMULATOR DESIGN
ABSTRACT
Dragon housing as one of the main work machine in Machinery Industry, it is mainly used to process the horizontal plane, vertical, inclined plane and the guide surface of the mainframes such as the machine tool bed, , beam, columns, rails and so on. It occupies an important position in industrial production. This paper introduces the requirements of the Dragon housing process to the control system, the schematics of main circuit, the external wiring diagram of PLC and inverter. It also includes the parameter settings method and scope of the inverter, the fault detection and diagnosis, the methods of PLC sequential control design, the working principle and the screen design’s basic idea of the touch screen, and the switching diagram of the screen, and gives the main screen.
