普通高校课内外一体化体育课程模式的深化研究

摘要

体育课程改革的核心问题是课程模式的研究与开发近年来随
着高等教育课程改革的稳步推进高校体育课程改革取得了长足的进
展在全国范围已经有部分高校按照 2002 年 8 月颁布的全国普通
高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要的要求结合学校实际制定不同
的体育课程方案对体育课程进行大胆设计和实施并形成相对稳定
的体育课程模式然而随着大学体育课程改革的不断深入和拓展
学生个体需求和社会需求的变化已构建的课程模式不能完全适应时
代发展和人才培养的需要开展的教学改革也出现了深度不够力度
不足等问题
本文采用文献资料法问卷调查法专家访谈法观察法数理
统计法对我国普通高校体育课程模式中的若干因素进行系统研究
归纳出现阶段我国普通高校体育课程改革的现状与发展趋势在此基
础上总结和分析了具有代表性的上海交通大学课内外一体化体
育课程模式的特色与不足并以此为依据结合当前课程改革的新理
念及学校教育改革的具体情况对现行的课内外一体化体育课程
模式进行创新与发展在课程结构方面提出了设计学科课程活动
课程及社会体育课程有机结合的课内外一体化的课程结构在课
程组织实施方面提出了课内 4+课外 2 的学分制管理建立体育
课程监控体系开发跨学科的体育综合课程构建体育课程网络教学
模式等具体措施在教材建设方面提出了编制体育网络教材在课
程评价方面提出了淡化和简化体育教学评价体育专项课按项群分
类进行考核等新思路使课内外一体化课程模式更适应体育课程
改革发展的趋势为培养高素质健康人才做出贡献

ABSTRACTS

The reform of sport curricula is focused on the research and
development of curricular modes. Recent years, the reform has made
great progress. Some colleges and universities have designed sport
curricula that are innovative as to the traditional and developed into
the stable curricular pattern. With the further development of curricular
reform, there are great changes in demands of students and society,
because the existing curricular mode is not adapted to time and the
cultivation of talents. Additionally, the reform of teaching should be
promoted further.
On the base of scientific researching methods such as documentation
consulting, expert interviewing, questionnaire, observation and data
statistics, the paper conducts research into some factors in sport curricula
of colleges and universities and the states quo and development. On its
base, the paper also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the
curricular mode----intergration of curricular and extracurricular
