Optical munications, after years of fiber bubbles and years of silence, are beginning to show good momentum. Peer to munications (P2P) services represented by the booming business, mobile business continued to grow rapidly, IPTV business ready, the work bandwidth demand growth rate is still as high as 50% to 100%. These developments in the business level present new capabilities, capabilities, and performance requirements for the work, the foundation of the work. The following is a brief summary and outlook of several hot technologies in works.
Development and application of 1 and 40 Gbit/s systems
