摘要:施工合同管理与成本控制是当今工程的重中之重,要提高承包工程的经济效益,必须进一步加强合同管理与项目成本控制,合同管理在工程项目管理中具有十分重要的地位,已成为与进度管理、成本管理、信息管理并列的一大管理职能。成本控制关系到项目的盈利。施工企业能否在竞争的市场中占有一席之地,关键在于能否为社会提供质量好,工期短、造价低的工程,能否与低廉的成本为自己创造较大的经济效益。因此必须在施工中通过对人工费、材料费和施工机械使用费等进行控制。施工成本控制,贯穿于项目管理活动的全过程,涉及的面很广,从项目中标签约开始到施工准备、现场施工、直至竣工验收,每个环节都离不开成本管理工作,就成本管理的完整工作过程来说,其内容一般包括:成本预测、成本控制、成本核算、成本分析。
