【】目的利用组织芯片检测pi3kp85α、pakt、ki67蛋白在胃黏膜、胃腺癌及癌旁组织的表达情况,探讨其意义。方法用免疫组化技术检测了30例胃黏膜组织、85胃腺癌组织(分为高、中、低分化3种)及其癌旁组织中pi3kp85α、pakt及ki67的表达。结果 pi3kp85α、pakt和ki67蛋白在胃黏膜、癌旁组织及胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(χ2=~,p ),随病情进展三者表达逐步增强(hc=~,p 、)。在不同分化程度的胃腺癌中pi3kp85α、pakt和ki67蛋白的阳性表达率差异有显著性(χ2=~,p ),随肿瘤恶性程度增高其阳性表达增强(hc=~,p )。pi3kp85α、pakt与ki67蛋白三者的表达两两相关(r=、、,p )。结论 pi3kp85α、pakt和ki67的表达与胃腺癌的发生密切相关。
