【】目的:探讨脾氨钛辅助治疗小儿咳嗽变异性的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2008年9月~2010年10月收治的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组患者采用抗感染、吸氧、激素、口服氨茶碱和白三烯受体拮抗剂(顺尔宁)等基础治疗,治疗组患者在基础治疗的基础上加用脾氨钛口服冻干液口服,每天睡觉前服1支,5d后,两日1支,连续治疗2个月,比较两组患儿咳嗽等临床症状改善情况和Ig***平改善情况。结果:用药2个月之后,治疗组患者显效41例,有效17例,无效2例,%,对照组患者显效36例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率85%,治疗组患者疗效优于对照组患者,两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(p<)。两组患儿IgA水平差异有统计学意义(p<)。结论:对于咳嗽变异性哮喘患者在基础治疗的基础上脾氨钛口服冻干液, 可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床推广。
