浅谈钢屋架“空中滑移法”安装技术在火电厂主厂房的应用
【摘要】近年来随着大跨度、大空间钢结构在工程中的应用,传统的钢结构安装技术已很难满足当今的建设速度的要求。特别是在电厂大型钢屋架的安装中,施工场地狭小难以使用大型机械设备,钢构散件吊装高空就位精度差,以及高空作业人员的安全不易保障等原因,凸显出传统大型机械吊装技术的许多不适应性。
新疆天业自备电厂2×300mw机组主厂房建设中,钢屋架采用“地面双榀组对起吊、平台承载滑移就位”的创新安装技术,解决了场地狭小大型吊装设备无法使用等因素的制约,提高了安装精度,减少了高空作业难度,节省了大型机械吊装费用,加快了工期,改善了安全施工环境,获得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
