摘要
近年来,为顺应进一步深化改革以及更大力度推进社会主义现代化建设的大潮,为发展经济及城市化、工业化的需要,大量农民的土地被征,农民失地现象严重,在政府征收土地的过程中,部分地区的政府部门征地的方式出现些许偏差,遗留下了不少有争议的问题,重要的是没有安置好失去土地的农民,以至于产生了农民对政府不信任,甚至有很大意见。最可怕的是还有一些地区的政府部门还没有意识到所存在的问题,这样只会使现状进一步恶化,不利于政民之间和谐关系的建立。本作品旨在通过对失地农民问题进行透彻的分析探讨,找出人为什么不能对自己负责的原因,以得出一些对政民关系信任的重构有参考价值的意见及对策,希望能够起到促进政民和谐关系建立的积极作用,使得社会主义现代化建设更好更快的发展。

Abstract
In recent years, in order to adapt to further deepen the reform and greater efforts to promote socialist modernization tide, for the development of economy and urbani-
zation, industrialization needs, a large number of farmers' land be sign, farmers land-
less phenomenon is serious, the government in the process of land acquisition, part of a government department of land requisition form some deviation, left many contro-
versial issues, it is important not to lose for good land farmers, so that the farmers ha-
ve to trust the government, even have a lot plaints. The most terrible is there are some areas of the government is not aware of the problems, and that will only ma-
ke situation further deterioration, go against government between the establishment of a harmonious relationship between people. This work aims to landless farmers' probl-
prehensively analyze, find out the reason of people cannot take responsibility for yourself, in order to draw some of the reconstruction of the relationship between gov-
ernment and trust has reference value opinions and countermeasures, and hope to be able to promote political and harmonious relationship of the positive role, make socia-
