把手注射模设计
摘要:塑料注射成型是热塑性塑料制品生产的一重要方法,几乎所有的热塑性塑料都可以用注射成型方法生产制品,注射成型是通过注射机来实现的。本次设计通过对塑件把手的造型设计,熟悉要成型件的结构形状,根据此结构形状和所选择的注射机,进行把手的注射模设计。设计过程中,首先熟悉塑料注射成型工艺,然后结合注射模国标选择和设计模板、导柱、导套、推杆、顶杆、垫块、垫脚和限位拉杆等。最后对型腔、型芯、镶件、流道和浇口等进行设计,这些零件共同注塑成把手的形状结构。通过装配,把零件组合到一起,构成把手的注射模具。

Summary:The plastic injection molding is an important method of thermoplastic product production, nearly all thermoplastic may use theinjection to take shape the method production product, the injection molding realizes through the injection machine. Through designing the handle the modelling, familiaring the structure shape, the injection machine which the root accord to the above the structure shape and chooses,carries on the handle the injection mold design. In the design process, firstly,it is familiar with the plastic injection to take shape the craft, then union injection mold GB code chooses and the design template, column, leads the wrap, the throwout lever, the roofbar, the cushion, the pad foot and the spacing tension bar and so on. Finally to the cavity, the core, inlays, the flow channel and gate and so on carries on the design, ponents cast the handle together the shape structure. Through the assembly, bines ponents together and constitutions handle injection mold.
