摘要
现代生产的发展和科学技术的发展,齿轮传动是机器与机构运动的重要设备。它自身就有较高的故障率,一旦有故障发生的时候,会有很长一段检测和修理机器的时间,会给我们工厂或者生产造成很大的经济损失。
本文对齿轮传动系统故障诊断进行研究,主要对齿轮、滚动轴承、轴的故障诊断与诊断方法进行分析,为齿轮传动系统的运行与维护提供重要的依据。本文主要是对齿轮传动系统中齿轮箱中主要零件,如齿轮、轴、轴承等进行详细的故障分析,分析内容包括齿轮箱典型故障类型进行分析以及零件的失效形式和原因、检测与诊断方法。本文主要是形成对齿轮箱中各主要部件进行系统化的故障分析诊断,使其达到系统化与集成化的效果。
本文最后会对齿轮传动系统基于故障树的故障诊断,对前文内容进行归纳总结,并对故障树进行定量的分析计算,同时确定故障树顶事件的概率。

ABSTRACT
With the development of modern production and the development of science and technology, as an important equipment of mechanical transmission gear, itself has the high failure rate, and a failure occurs, will delay a long time to repair, causing great economic losses.
Fault diagnosis is studied in this paper, the gear transmission system, mainly for the gear, the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing, axis and diagnosis methods were analyzed ,and to the operation and maintenance f the gear transmission system to provide important basis. This article is mainly to the
man parts in gear box in the gear transmission system,such as gear,shaft,bearing a detailed failure analysis, typical analysis including the gearbox fault type is analyzed as well as the parts failure forms and causes ,detection and diagnosis method. This article is mainly in the form of gear box in ponents for systematic analysis of the fault diagnosis and to the systematic and integrated effect.
Finally,the paper on the fault diagnosis of gear transmission system based on fault tree,the paper summarizes the above content, and the fault tree quantitative analysis and calculation, determine the probability of fault tree top events at the same time.
