摘要
我国证券市场作为一个新兴的高速成长的证券市场,在短短十几年的时间里取得了举世瞩目的成就,证券市场交易技术手段处于世界先进水平,法规体系逐步完善。全国统一的证券监管体制也已经建立。证券市场在促进国有企业改革、推动我国经济结构调整和技术进步方面发挥了突出的作用。但由于起步较晚,我国证券市场在发展过程中面临着经济体制转轨阶段的特征,因此暴露不少问题,层次比较单一,结构不完整,是资金推动型市场,市场自律性组织与市场监管机构力度都稍显不足,历史较短发展不均衡,相应的配套市场的发展程度并不匹配,,监管手段的法制化程度不高,这些因素加大了证券市场的风险。通过分析我国证券市场存在风险现状以及这些风险形成原因,提出合理的防范风险的措施,完善法律,加强监管,推进市场的平稳健康发展,制定一系列符合我国市场特点的发展规划,增强我国证券市场的风险管理,使证券市场在我国发挥重大作用,从而促进我国经济的进一步发展。

Abstract
China's securities market as an emerging high-speed growth of the securities market, in just ten years ,it made ​​remarkable achievements in the world's advanced level technical means of stock market transactions, the regulatory system was gradually improved.
