术前 300m g 与 600m g 氯比格雷在非 ST 段抬高急性冠脉综合征中的疗效比较

摘要目的探讨行冠脉支架植入术(PCI)前给以负荷量 300mg 与 600mg 的氯比格雷在非 ST 段抬高的急性冠脉综合征患
者中的临床疗效及安全性比较。方法将 87 例拟行 PCI 的非 ST 段抬高的急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为氯比格雷 300mg
组和氯比格雷 600mg 组。氯比格雷 300mg 组给以常规治疗并在术前 24h 加用 300mg 氯比格雷,氯比格雷 600mg 组给以常
规治疗并在术前 24h 加用 600mg 氯比格雷。结果与 300mg 组相比,600mg 氯比格雷组明显降低非 ST 段抬高的急性冠脉
综合征患者 PCI 术后 1 周内心血管事件的发生,且无明显增加出血的风险。结论术前 600mg 比 300mg 氯比格雷能更明显
降低非 ST 段抬高的急性冠脉综合征患者术后心血管事件的发生,且不增加副作用。

[Abst ract ] Object ive To study the therapeutic effects of a 600mg clopidogrel loading dose in patients with non- ST segment elevat-
ing acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS) undergoing coronary stenting. Met hods 87 cases of NSTEACS undergoing coronary stenting
were randomly divided into two groups:300mg or 600mg clopidogrel group. 300mg clopidogrel group were 41 cases given 300mg clopi-
dogrel 24 hour before stenting. 600mg clopidogrel group were 46 cases given 600mg clopidogrel 24 hou
