摘要
本论文阐述了煤炭机械的一种——滚轴筛煤机。针对目前筛煤机的滚轴抗冲击能力差、轴承座密封性差、轴承易损坏、推煤能力差、易引起堵煤、卡轴、箱体密封性差、冒粉严重、箱体、轴承座结构不合理等缺点。本论文对筛轴部件进行设计说明,主要完成以下内容:
介绍火电厂使用的原煤在进入锅炉前的工序,本着提高使用煤炭的利用率,减少浪费,降低污染的目的,肯定了发展、改进滚轴筛煤机的必要性。
说明滚轴筛煤机的主要部分以及工作原理,明确了筛轴在整个工作中的重要性。
对筛轴进行结构选择与零件设计,完成受力分析与校核。
整个过程完成了筛轴的结构设计、分析计算和校核,对整个筛煤机的研发、生产以及环境保护具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract
This paper described a mechanical coal - coal feeder roller screen. In this paper, axial parts of the screen design shows that the following main elements:
Introduced the use of coal thermal power plant boiler before entering the process, increase in the utilization of coal and reduce waste, reduce pollution purposes, confirmed the development and improvement of in-line screening the need for coal feeder.
Roller screen machine that the major part of coal as well as the working principle, clear the screen axis in the importance of the entire work.
Structural axis of the screen with parts design, mechanical analysis and pleted.
The entire process pleted the structure of sieve-axis design, analysis, calculation and check of the entire screen machine coal research and development, production and environmental protection is an important practical significance.
