Abstract:Promoting the development and using of new energy is an important content in China’s resource strategy. A perfect law system is necessary to realize the goal of new energy development strategy. Security is an important factor in developing and utilizing new energy in China,and it involves two layers:macro security and micro security. There are lots of shortages in the security legislation of new energy in China. This paper takes the legislation of nuclear power security as an example,and claims that nuclear power security legal system should include legislative structure,basic principles,enforcement mechanism and details.
