护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量的影响
[摘要] 目的探讨护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量的影响。方法将2014年2月~2015年2月河南省洛阳市第三人民医院血液透析室实施护理安全管理后的维持性血液透析患者120例作为观察组,另选择实施护理安全管理以前的120例患者作为对照组。对照组采用透析常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强护理安全管理。比较两组患者的护理质量评分、透析中出血发生率、导管感染率及患者和医师对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P < ),透析中出血发生率及导管感染率显著低于对照组(P < )。观察组的患者、医师对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组(P < )。结论护理安全管理可最大限度地控制血液透析室护理工作的各种不安全因素,提高护理质量。

Effect of nursing safety management on the nursing quality of hemodialysis room

[Abstract] Objective To explore effect of nursing safety management on the nursing quality of hemodialysis room. Methods 120 patients of nursing security management with maintenance hemodialysis in Hemodialysis Room, the Third People′s Hospital of Luoyang City, He′nan Province from February 2014 to February 2015 were chose as observation group, the other 120 patients without implementing nursing safety management were chose as control group. The conventional dialysis nursing was used in control group, and the nursing safety management was added in observation group on the basis of control group. Nursing quality score, incidence rate of bleeding in dialysis, catheter infection rate, patients and doctors to nursing job satisfaction between two groups pared. Results The nursing quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < ), the incidence rate of bleeding in dialysis and catheter infection rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P < ). Patients and doctors to nursing job satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < ). Conclusion The nursing safety management can maximize control unsafe factors of nursing work, and improve the quality of nursing.
