Article 1 To ensure the impartial and timely trial of administrative cases by the people's courts, settle administrative disputes, protect the lawful rights and interests of citizens, legal persons, and anizations, and oversee administrative agencies' exercise of power according to the law, this Law is developed in accordance with the Constitution.
