基于Pro/E的硒鼓右侧盖注塑模具设计
摘要
模具是制造业的重要基础工艺装备,工业产品大批量生产和新产品开发都离不开模具,用模具生产制件所达到的高精度,高复杂程度,高一致性,高生产率和低耗能、低耗材,使模具工业在制造业中的地位越来越重要。
本设计是在查阅大量注塑模具参考文献的基础上,以打印机硒鼓右侧盖为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件对硒鼓右侧盖注塑模具进行了分析设计,内容主要包括注塑件的三维造型,模具的三维造型,模具的二维装配图,硒鼓右侧盖注塑模具型腔加工工艺等。在模具结构设计中,主要涉及了浇口的选择、分型面的确定、拉料杆的设计、冷却系统的设计、主流道和分流道的设计、顶杆顶出机构的设计等。为保证塑件的表面质量,本设计采用具有二次浇口的潜伏式浇口,脱模时在塑件和凝料被顶出的同时,浇口自动切断。

The design of injection mold about the right side of the cartridge based on Pro / E
Abstract
Mold is an important foundation for the manufacturing process equipment, the high-volume production of industrial products and new product development are inseparable from the mold. The high precision, plexity, high consistency, high productivity, low-power and low supplies of parts producted by mold motivates the mold ing more and more importan in the manufacturing sector.
The paper is the study of the right side of the printer cartridge, by use of Pro / E software to build the right cartridge for the analysis of injection mold design. The content mainly includes three-dimensional shape of Injection molded parts, three-dimensional modeling of mold, two-dimensional mold assembly and the processing technology of the right cartridge cavity. In this mold design, the main is the structure of the mold. Including the choice of gate, the determination of surface, the design of sprue puller, cooling system, the mainstream channel and branch runner design and the institution of Mandril. Due to the requirement of the surface, this design used the latent-type gate with the secondary.
