摘要
近年来,随着国内各种类型机床改造需求的扩大,机床改造已经逐渐形成了一个产业,其中绝大部分是数控机床的改造,我们毕业设计组选择了数控车床设计作为我们毕业设计的课题。
设计的目的:提高机床的自动化程度,提高机床生产率及加工成品的一致性,降低操作者劳动度,降低机床对操作者熟练程度的要求。以数控机床为代表的数控设备的生产与应用水平反映了一个国家的机械与电子工业水平。它的推广应用对提高劳动生产率和产品质量,改变我国制造技术落后的状况起着极为重要的作用。
改造后机床达到的效果:易于操作,加工效率高,废品率低,成品一致性好;能实现螺纹及形状复杂的轴套类零件的加工,能够进行切槽、钻、扩等加工,尤其适用于多品种,中小批量的轮番加工,工艺适应性。

Abstract
In recent years, transformed the demand along with the domestic various types molding machine bed the expansion, the engine bed transforms already gradually has formed an industry, in which major part was the numerical control engine bed graduate design group choose the design of series lathe as the issues of graduate projection.
The purpose of design: Increases automation degree of the machine tool, raise the rate of production and process the consistency of finished product, lower the labor strength, decrease the request for the well-trained degree of operator. The production and application of NC equipments, especially NC machine tools reflect the level of one country's machine and electronic industry. Its accelerated acceptance has vital function for improving the quality of products, rate of production and the level of our country's manufacturing technique.
The result that machine bed attain after reforming:the machine tool has good operability and adaptability, high efficiency, low percent defective, good consistency finished product. It can works screw and shaft sleeve plicate shape. Can turns chamfer, drill, extend etc, especially in variety kinds and small-size batch process. It has good processing adaptability.
