摘要
柴油机磨缸机是发动机气缸表面精加工所用设备,在机械加工工业中占有重要的地位。通过对国内外柴油机磨缸机的发展现状和趋势,以及现代生产的珩磨机采用的新技术(如控制技术、双膨胀珩磨头制造技术)和柴油机磨缸机的磨削精度等问题的分析提出了设计方案。为了提高柴油机磨缸机的珩磨质量和生产效率,对柴油机磨缸机主轴往复及旋转运动系统进行了分析与设计。根据系统特点珩磨头采用液压传动方案。要求珩磨轴往复运动和转动速度均可调,从而使设计出的柴油机磨缸机满足设计指标的要求。

ABSTRACT
Diesel engine cylinder grinder which is used for finishing the surface of engine cylinder occupies an important position in the machining industry. By analyzed the status and trends of cylinder honing machine, modern honing technologies.(such as control technology, double expansive honing head’s manufacturing technology) and grinding accuracy of cylinder honing machine, the design program is put forward. To improve the quality and production efficiency of honing cylinder machine, reciprocating and rotating system of the spindle is analyzed and designed. Based on features of the system, hydraulic transmission program is decided. The speed of reciprocating movement and notation is adjusted to meet the requirement of the design.
