微创颅内血肿粉碎清除术治疗高血压性脑出血患者临床疗效和安全性
【摘要】目的:研究微创颅内血肿粉碎清除术治疗高血压性脑出血患者临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择高血压脑出血患者作为本研究的研究对象,随机分为给予颅内血肿微创清除术的观察组和碎吸穿刺清除术的对照组,观察治疗效果和安全性相关指标。结果:观察组患者剧烈头痛、频繁呕吐、意识障碍、癫痫发作、生命体征剧烈波动、病理征阳性缓解例数均明显多于对照组,发生再出血、颅内感染的例数以及NIHSS评分、CSS评分均明显低于对照组。结论:颅内血肿微创清除术能改善治疗效果、减小神经功能损害和并发症,具有积极的临床价值。
