绞吸式挖泥船集成控制系统的构建
摘要
本文根据自动化控制领域中的现场总线技术的发展情况,结合国
外先进、成熟的挖泥船技术的特点,引入专家模糊控制理论和现场总
线技术,对 3500 方绞吸式挖泥船,开发了一套基于 PLC 现场网络的
集成监控系统。
该系统以 PLC 控制器为处理核心,并通过工业以太网与上位机之
间实现通信。系统通过 6 个 PLC 远程 I/O 站、以太网通信对挖泥船上
各个部件进行信号采集,由上位机的监控程序实现对现场总线设备的
控制。采用这种监控系统大大节省了硬件数量、简化操作步骤、降低
了维护保养费用、降低了操作人员地劳动强度、提高了系统的可靠性、
为将来升级预留空间,最终提高了挖泥船疏竣的效率。
本文主要深入研究并设计了绞吸式挖泥船的集成控制系统。重点
阐述了从硬件到软件组建整个系统的设备和方法,编写了 PLC 程序及
人机界面程序,做到了自动横移、台车自动行走等自动化工况,实现
了绞吸式挖泥船疏浚作业自动化监控。

ABSTRACT
Based on the development of field bus in automatically control
domain, consulting the characteristics of advanced and mature foreign
dredging technology, leading expert’s fuzzy control theory and field bus
technology, as the 3500m 3 cutter suction dredger, this paper developed a
set of PLC-work integrated monitor and control system.
The system takes PLC controllers as the processing core, and
communicated with the puters through Industrial
System. By the six PLC Remote I / O stations, the
communication, it gathers the signals from ponents on the
dredger and controls the field bus equipments by the programs in the
computers. With this monitoring system, it saves the hardware, simplifies
the operation, reduce maintenance costs, reduce the labor intensity of
operation personnel, improve system reliability, and leave space for
future upgrades. Finally, it improves the efficiency of the dredger
dredging.
In this paper, the integrated control system is studied and designed in
depth. We focuses on the equipments and methods from hardware to
software of establishing the system, the preparation of PLC and HMI
programs, ess in the auto swing, auto spud carrier movement. The
