医用弹力袜在大隐静脉曲张术后的应用价值
【摘要】目的:探讨医用弹力袜在大隐静脉曲张术后的应用价值。方法:对大隐静脉曲张术后应用医用弹力袜与使用弹力绷带治疗的患者进行比较。结果:两组术后皮肤瘀斑、皮下出血及血肿、皮肤感染比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>);两组术后平均住院时间、术后疼痛、术后肿胀比较,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:医用弹力袜在大隐静脉曲张术后的应用可以有效缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症,可在临床广泛应用。
